Booking Appointment Policy 

To book an appointment, I require all payments up front to reserve your requested date and time slot. This fee covers your total balance for services, and the amount would depend upon which service is booked. No appointment will be scheduled without payment!

Your payment will be non-refundable if you cancel your appointment for any reason. Under special circumstances your payment will be refunded at the discretion of Management. 

Missed Appointment Policy 

Our goal is to provide quality services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff , but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients , please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24hrs to 12hrs in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another clients access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (800)257-9890 between the hours of 8am – 5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a $20 missed appointment fee.
